My great niece is part Japanese and I wanted a doll that looked like her. I searched and searched and finally found this. She loved it and was very happy that it did look more like her than the traditional Barbie.

Received her today. She is amazingly beautiful. Ironically, I really didn't like Barbie when I was growing up. I was too busy being a tomboy. I still didn't like Barbie after that phrase. One of my granddaughters, wanted to check out Barbies online. I came across the international dolls and that caught my eye. They are stunning. The costumes from different countries are awesome and well made. This is my second purchase. The first purchase was Chilean Barbie. She's beautiful. Of course, I saw this one and had to have it. I will continue to purchase but only ones I can afford. I am more than happy with this lovely Japanese Barbie.
